Advertising disclosure. We earn a commission when you sign up or buy through some of the links on this page. This never changes the price you pay, and it never affects our ratings or which tools we recommend.
Before you can judge whether a tool is worth it, you need to know what it will really cost you — not the headline price per seat, but the total across your team, over a year, including the annual-plan lock-in you may not want.
What is here now
Cost calculators. They run in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, and you do not need an account.
Guides on how to judge software, not on which product to buy. How to read a pricing page, what the per-seat number hides, and which questions to ask before you commit to a year.
What is not here yet, and why
There are no product reviews, no rankings and no recommendations on this site today. We have not tested anything yet, and publishing a list of "best tools" assembled from other people's articles would be worthless to you — that is most of what already exists.
When product pages appear here, they will say when a price was checked and link to the vendor's own pricing page, so you can see for yourself rather than take our word for it.
How we will make money
Some links will eventually earn us a commission when you sign up. We will mark those clearly, it will never change your price, and it will not decide the order of anything.
That is not just a promise we made up. US Federal Trade Commission guidance on online advertising requires a disclosure to sit close to the claim it relates to and to be prominent enough that people actually notice it — the test being whether the information is genuinely conveyed, not whether it technically appears somewhere. The notice in our footer is on every page for that reason. If you ever find a page where it seems untrue, it is a mistake and we want to hear about it.
